It will be remembered.

For some reason I've developed a sudden liking for the song "She Will be loved". I like the line "Look for the girl with a broken smile". :)
It rained really heavily one of these days and I actually went to school(we were supposed to have a test) and our shoes and socks were dripping wet so most of us walked around school practically barefoot and we hung our socks on our chairs. It's not that I don't like rain but no sunshine for a week is a bit depressing. I was seized by this sudden urge to do a watercolour, so I spent 15 bucks buying handmade paper from the stationery shop. But I still haven't had time to start it. In fact I'm not even sure what I want to paint. I know I want a rainy background and a girl wearing a bright pink dress amidst the gloom, but I don't know how I'm going to go about it.

It really has been long since I blogged and it's a really nice feeling to just go on typing whatever random stuff comes to your mind.
Last tuesday we played football in school. For some wierd reason, they'd kept the goalposts perpendicular to each other(I guess they'll shift them later), so we played with just one goalpost. Seven-a-side, one universal goalkeeper. It was the most hilarious game ever. First of all, none of us really know how to play, so we went about randomly kicking the ball(at the goalie, not at the goalpost)! We forgot about teams as soon as we started playing, so it was like 14 girls on the field running after one ball. And then 14 of us would get at the ball and all 14 of us would kick it in all different directions. And then Trisha got the ball between her feet and she was so excited she kept hopping around like that until someone had the sense to kick the ball through her feet. We did manage to get in a few goals though(injuring the goalie in the process). But we had a whale of a time with all that kicking and falling and rolling in the mud. :)
I'm looking forward to the next game, but it would be nice if we could really play proper football for once with proper goalposts and everything. It's actually more fun than basketball! I remember, the last time I played football before this was when I was in class 8 and my shoe flew away when I kicked.

I think I'll go paint now. Let's see what I can come up with. :)
